Professional Experience
After graduating from Law School, Attorney Fishman joined the Broward County State Attorney’s Office. She worked her way through County Court in the DUI Unit where she trained at DUI School to learn all about the Intoxilyzer Machine and Field Sobriety exercises. She then moved through the Felony Trial Unit, where she prosecuted cases such as Armed Robbery, Second-Degree Murder, Grand Theft, Aggravated Assault and Battery, Burglaries, Drug Possession and Drug Delivery charges. She then became highly focused on Juvenile Law and worked her way through the ranks to become a supervisor in the Juvenile Justice Unit. There, she handled thousands of Juvenile Dependency and Delinquency cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies and specializing in Sexual Battery cases. Attorney Fishman was responsible for making critical decisions on whether or not to file criminal charges against juveniles and what charges were filed. Attorney Fishman has handled thousands of criminal cases and is a zealous advocate for those wrongfully accused of ALL crimes.
